【分享】你上健身房時都穿什麼鞋呢?
簡單整理原文裡的內容和大家分享:
1.氣墊跑鞋
用來跑步時緩衝的氣墊,
如果只是使用器材健身影響可能不大,
但在舉重時反而會造成足弓不穩定,甚至增加膝蓋負荷。
,因此不建議穿氣墊鞋深蹲硬舉。
2.舉重鞋
如圖。鞋跟大概墊高2.5cm。
由於鞋子的腳踝墊高,深蹲時膝蓋向前,
好處是可以幫助踝關節活動度差者蹲的比較深。
且避免上半身過度前傾,減少下背負擔。
也有文獻指出能增加股四頭肌的徵招。(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22201687 )
但是缺點是:貴桑桑。
適合: front squat、Olympic squat
3.平底鞋(例如帆布鞋)
硬、平底,可以維持足弓穩定,相較之下也比較便宜。
適合:需要較多前傾、不必蹲太深的低槓深蹲(Low Bar Squats)
4.赤腳
有一說是因為足部肌肉及關節更能感受地面,
所以能增強本體感覺及神經肌肉的連結。
但是被槓片砸到會很痛,而且不是每間健身房都允許,
再加上你不會知道會不會踩到什麼細菌還是黴菌......

Weightlifting shoes are beneficial in a number of ways. The first thing you’ll notice when you put on a pair of these shoes is the ability to squat deeper while maintaining a more upright chest position. This is due to the raised heel.
During the descent of the squat the knees need to eventually move forward toward the toes. This allows the hips to descend to the greatest depth possible. The further the knees can translate forward at the bottom of the squat the more upright the chest can remain while still staying balanced. This allows for better technique in lifts such as the front squat or overhead squat.

今天早上上地面學課, 下午做菜聊天放鬆了一下, 晚上Chair flight 複習了四天飛行課程的進度, 希望能保持手感, 為下一次的飛行做好準備.

今天終於飛出自己滿意的表現了! 在飛機操作上比前三天穩定的多, 更能掌握Trim與操控技巧, 不會手忙腳亂或oversteering. 精確性當然還需練習, 但是今天的飛行算是把我這四天來的修正與檢討做一次好的驗證. 也獲得教官的肯定 : well done !. 很開心, 希望自己能記得昨天的低潮感, 並繼續努力精進, 下次低潮時也別太氣餒, 準備必有收穫. 明後天沒有飛行課, 一定要把這四天來的經驗與所學好好想想整理, 並繼續Chair flight 保持感覺, 為下一次飛行做準備!

今天非常挫折, 第三堂飛行課了, 3.5小時, 在飛機操控上卻沒看到什麼進步. Briefing 時的理論幾乎都能回答得出來, 基本的Radio call, Brief 也在這兩天努力練的差不多了, 但今天飛下來之後真心覺得自己只是在台灣長大的書呆子阿… 理論能讀, 實作卻不如人. 教官雖然語帶鼓勵說acceptable performance, 但可以感覺是在安慰我, 這堂課雖然是過了但很不滿意自己的表現. 再不找到方法遲早會跟不上進度的!

需改進 :Taxi power需要維持700~900 rpm, Trim動作太大, 科目中Altitude須注意. 不要oversteering.

今天的課程是平飛, 還在抓感覺不過表現也算正常. 希望之後的飛行能多多練習
下午是久違的地面課程, 重拾書本, 飛行,讀書兩頭都不能少!

第一次飛行課程,很開心自己終於走到這一步. 也發現自己還有許多非常不足的地方. 書本的知識要轉到飛機上, 要背的Checklist, Brief, Radio call 要在實際飛行的時候講得出來, 都是難題! 在地面上背熟了並不代表在空中操控飛機時能順順唸出來啊….還須努力. 飛行結束後休息一下馬上開始為明天的飛行課做準備!

很慶幸自己在準備培訓機師的時候有把英文聽力唸好, 也將PHAK與Jeppesen Private Pilot看過一遍, 因此這三天上課的時候比較能進入狀況, 能跟老師互動, 回家複習與預習的速度也比較快.
昨日跨年夜, 花了大約四個小時幫忙進度稍微落後的同學去了解飛行儀表, 還有高度, 氣溫, 濕氣, 氣壓, 等等影響空氣密度對飛機Performance/儀表所造成的影響. 教學不僅能幫助同學,也能讓自己複習已經讀過的東西.很有成就感.

With Beidawu’s Kuaigu lodge and campground not open, we decided to challenge a single-day ascent to Beidawu Mountain. Starting at the new trail head, we had to ascend and descend some 1900m and cover nearly 24km in a single day. We were up at 1:30am and hit the trail at 3:30am. When we reached the summit, fog started to fade away, revealing the breathtaking sea of clouds. We stayed for a while at the top not only because of the stunning view, but also because I was exhausted after a long and grueling hike.
All of a sudden we heard huge cracks of thunder above us so we hurried to hike down. In no time, the heavens opened and it began to pour down. It was raining so hard we were quickly soaked through, making the remaining trip cold, wet and quite scary (also due to nightfall). The descent was the hardest part - pain have already built up in my knees even before the summit, and with each step downhill I felt sharp stabbing pain in my kneecap and on the bottom of my feet. Thankfully we made it down safely and by the time we got back to the new trail head the sun was already up again… The entire trip took us nearly 26 hours to complete.
This short cinematic vlog is proof that we have conquered the 3,092m Beidawu Mountain in a single-day ascent.

Learn how to recognise symptoms of mild altitude sickness, as well as the potentially deadly HAPE and HACE (fluid in the lungs/brain). Plenty of advice on how to prepare for the trek, plan a safe itinerary, and what to pack.
Follow our family, including our 11-year old son Lionel, on the Annapurna Circuit in winter. See how the altitude affected us as we climbed Thorong La (5,416 meters/ 17769 feet) – Kirk struggled with his breathing, Lionel felt nauseous, and I had mild hypothermia But we all made it safely in the end.
SUMMARY
*Watch out: some people may feel unwell as low as 2,000 meter (6,500 feet).
*Plan a slower ascent above 3,000 meters (10,000 feet)
*Climb high, sleep low. To be safe, only gain 300 meters (1,000 feet) in sleeping elevation at high altitude.
*If you climb faster than the recommended rate, you can build a rest days every three or four days to acclimatise.
*If you suffer from mild altitude sickness, drink a lot, and rest
*Avoid alcohol, which slows down breathing and makes you dehydrated. Avoid sleeping pills. And smoking will certainly not help!
*If you see no improvement, spend an extra night at the same altitude
*If you feel worse, descend to the last place where you felt well
*If you develop HAPE or HACE, this is a life-threatening emergency that requires immediate descent of and specialist medical care. You may have to descend in the middle of the night, don't wait till morning. Once fluid builds up in the brain or lungs, you can die in a matter of hours.
DISCLAIMER
This video is based on first-hand experience of struggling with the altitude on the Annapurna Circuit. We also spent decades of travelling in the Himalayas and Alps. With three decades in TV journalism, I've also done extensive research on the impact of high altitude.
I am NOT a doctor, and I do not have direct experience of taking drugs for altitude sickness like Diamox / Acetazolamide or Nifedipine for HAPE or the use of Gamow bags for hyperbaric treatment. So I have not included any information on this topic. Only sticking to what I have first-hand experience of.
I hope this video helps you plan a safe and enjoyable trek.
